Shipping Methods and Costs



At GoFit, we strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. If you have a tight timeline and would like your order expedited, please feel free to call Customer Service and we will do everything we can to get your order out the same day.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight and physical size of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as UPS 2 DAY). The shipping method estimates include only the shipping delivery time and not the order processing time (1-2 business days), Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Signature may be required for orders over $500.00 to provide you delivery protection.

    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via TWO Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days after order processing.   • NEXT DAY SAVER (UPS), (1 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via One Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day after order processing by 5pm. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Not available for APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.

    For orders totaling 13 oz or less . You can expect delivery within 1-6 full business days.

    You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Time delays may occur due to customs processing. This method is trackable and insurance is included up to $100.00.
  • USPS Express Mail International (EMS- 5-7 Days)
    You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Time delays may occur due to customs processing. This method is trackable and insurance is included up to $100.00.

International orders may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. GoFit has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as it is discretionary and sole responsibility of your country�s customs department. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for further information before ordering if you have any doubts or reservations. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. Customers are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
