Payment Options



Credit Cards Accepted

We accept the following cards as payment for your orders:

  • Visa
  • Visa or MasterCard check cards or ATM cards
  • MasterCard/EuroCard
  • Visa, MasterCard, or American Express gift cards
  • Discover Network
  • American Express

You can use debit, check, and gift cards issued by the companies above in addition to their standard credit cards. For example, if you're paying with a Visa Check Card please select Visa from the drop-down menu on the order form when indicating the card type. Similarly, if you're paying with a EuroCard or MasterMoney Card, select MasterCard. For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than U.S. dollars (USD), your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.

Payment Restrictions

If you are using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express gift card, please note that pre-paid gift cards can't be combined with credit cards on a single order.

GoFit.net's order system will immediately charge your credit card for you purchases in order to expedite the handling of your order. If items are not shipped a credit will be issued.

Payment Safety & Security

You can safely enter your entire card number on GoFit.net via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Failed Authorizations and Payment Declines

To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide GoFit with information about why a payment was declined. Because of this, you will need to contact your bank directly to solve most payment issues.

  • Verify the payment information entered on your order. Has your billing address change recently or did you get a new card with a new expiration date? If you used a payment method already saved in Your Account, you may need to update some of the information. If you entered a new payment method, make sure you entered the number and information correctly.
  • Alternate payment method for your order. If you are unable to resolve the payment issue with your bank in a timely manner, you are always welcome to change the payment method on your order to another card. Visit our account to update the payment information.
  • If paying by credit card is not an option: Contact GoFit Customer Service to discuss order quoting and Mail-in Money order payment options. This option may delay order processing for up to 2 weeks.
